Maintenance/Care

You are responsible for your own maintenance. This means re-torqueing wheels & suspension 500 miles after installation. Yearly inspection and maintenance are required. Off Road tires must be rotated in intervals between 5,000 to no more than 8,000 miles. Heavy off-roading requires inspection before and after every trip. We offer re-torque and inspection services at separate charges.

Labor/Alignments

We guarantee all workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt. Wheel alignments also are backed by a 30-day warranty, no exceptions. If you are not satisfied with alignment, it is your responsibility to bring back within the 30-day period. Warranty will be void if vehicle has been altered/worked on by anyone other than us. Any issues must be reported immediately. We are not responsible for damages caused due to lack of attention.

Warranties

All products sold have manufacturer warranties. These warranties are granted directly from manufacturers. It is important to note manufacturers do not cover labor replacement costs. We are here to assist, but it is not our responsibility to submit warranty claims for you. Please visit individual product brand website for specific warranty details. Products vary and so do their coverages. Ranging from 1 year to limited lifetime warranty. Some products may void factory warranties, it is your responsibility to check with your vehicle manufacturer and proceed at your own risk before installation of any aftermarket equipment.

Returns/ Refunds/Cancellation

Returns will only be accepted for unused, uninstalled items only. Item(s) must be accompanied with original packaging and receipt. Refunds will be given in form of a check or card refund only. All special orders cancelled are subject to 20% restocking fee, no exceptions.
